Environmentalism starts early! Parents and tots get to have fun while learning about rivers, ponds and forests. We emphasize respect for nature and all its critters while encouraging gentle hands-on discovery.
Children ages 1-6 and their parents are invited to join us at The Fluvarium for our Froglets program. We will walk and explore near Long Pond and Nagle’s Hill Brook, share stories, songs and watch for critters who call this their home.
This is an outdoor program and families can expect that many weeks we will spend the whole program outdoors including story and snack time in our outdoor classroom.
- This 10-week program will focus on exploring the changing seasons.
- Preregistration is required: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 754-3474. ($70 for one adult and one child for all 10 sessions in the season, $20 per additional family member.) Limit of 10 families per session.

This is an excellent opportunity for parents and tots to have fun while learning about rivers, ponds and forests. We emphasize respect for nature and all its “critters” while encouraging gentle hands-on discovery.
