The Quidi Vidi/Rennie’s River Development Foundation, in co-operation with the Stoker’s Group of Rotary, and the Cultural Affairs Division of the Dept. of Tourism, Recreation and Culture, are producing the musical All Shook Up from November 10 to November 13, 2016 at the Arts and Culture Centre.
Proceeds from this production will support the Foundation’s projects and initiatives. It is through educating “the next generation” that we are making a significant contribution to the preservation of our environment – especially our water resources.
You are invited to participate in an opening night gala on November 10, 2016. Beginning with a pre-performance reception at 6:30 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, wine and hot beverages following which guests will be chauffeured to and from the Arts and Culture Centre by The Party Bus. After the performance guests will gather for desserts and coffee to meet some of the cast and producers at The Fluvarium.
The QVRRDF is a not-for-profit, charitable organization formed in 1985 to restore and enhance the area along Rennie’s River and Quidi Vidi Lake. Through education, advocacy and stewardship the Foundation continues to inspire the protection, conservation and enhancement of freshwater ecosystems. The QVRRDF operates The Fluvarium as a public centre for environmental excellence.
