served with panzanella salad, pasta salad with herb vinaigrette and marinated grilled vegetables.
For dessert: Our signature sticky toffee pudding spiked with screech.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. Music until 8:30 p.m.

The Fluvarium has teamed up with our own Red Seal Chef Antoine Harding and Sherry Ryan’s musical stylings to bring you the annual Fish Fry in support of environmental education and freshwater stewardship.
Proceeds from this event support the ecological work and environmental education programs offered by the Quidi Vidi/Rennie’s River Development Foundation at The Fluvarium.
